Breaking Grey's News:
McSteamy (Mark) is joining the cast full time. He's super hot!
I have had such a great time with my Kansas kids this weekend. I guess I didn't realize how much I was missing them.
I'm sorry my posts are so boring. There just not a lot going on lately. I'll try to go out and make my life more exciting so reading this blog will be more entertaining. Have a great day everyone!

So, I think I may have broken my toe. What else is new.
I'm about to head off to my weekend class. These classes are tough. Thursday: 1:00-10:00, Friday: 8:00-5:00, and Saturday: 8:00-12:00. I'm always so tired when I get through. I don't want to be tired this weekend because some of my peeps from Kansas are coming for a visit! I'm so excited to see them.
I'm also excited about a new Grey's tonight! I guess that's all that is going on right now in my life: class and Grey's. Things could be worse :)

I know that many of you are concerned that I died since I didn't post immediately about Greys. So, let me just say, it was awesome. I loved the flashbacks. I loved the depiction of grief. McDreamy finally said I Love You!! What was the deal with Bailey? Addison was a little McPsycho. What a great show. Thanks ABC.
I went to the big Lubb this weekend. My sister Julie sells this clothing line called CAbi (Carol Anderson by invitation) and my mom was having a show. I love watching women get excited about clothes. It's hilarious. If you ever want to host a show just let me know and I'll get Julie right on it. Anyways, I got to spend the whole weekend playing with my niece Kaelan. She is 18 months old now, and definitely the cutest baby/little girl in the whole world. (I know a lot of moms read this blog, so I'm sorry to say this, but Kaelan really is the cutest, your child is not.)
Abilene has been treating me well these days. I think it's finally getting cooler- thank the Lord. ACU just finished (or almost finished) putting up a new sculpture of Jacob's dream from Genesis 28. It's pretty amazing. It's in the middle of a prayer/ meditation/stonehengey area with a fountain and baptismal pool. You definitely feel a little closer to the presence of God when you are there. Yay ACU for campus improvements.
I don't have much else to update about. School is pretty much kicking me in the butt. I am constantly feeling dumber and dumber. I think that's the point though. Graduate school definitely makes you humble or at least it makes me humble. If you're not in grad school, pray for me. If you are, I'll see you in the library.
Have a great week everyone!

Okay, who left a comment about my inability to park straight?? I blame my lack of parking ability on my disease. Hear me out on this one. Because of my disease, the state of Texas allows me to park in handicapped parking, so I'm used to having an extra three feet to fit the car into. After years of parking in huge spaces I have really lost my ability to park the car straightly. So, I'm sorry that I can't park.
