I hate sports. Let me say this again, I hate sports. I grew up in a house of boys. My whole life consisted of me going from one game to another and then coming home to watch sports center. Once I even had a birthday party at the ball park because my mom couldn't miss just one baseball game. That seems a little messed up to me (but I'm not bitter). Did my brothers come to all of my choir concerts? No they didn't! So maybe I am a little bitter.
Even with these bad feelings towards sports, I absolutely love March Madness. I love filling out my bracket. Is there anything better than a 64th ranked team getting a chance to win the whole thing? I always cheer for the underdogs. I love the upsets. This tournament is what it's all about. I put my hatred towards sports on hold for this one event (and only this event!).
I'm feeling better than I was on Monday. My head is still all stuffed up though. I can't hear how loud I'm talking so I always feel like I'm yelling (but how is that different than normal?) I just hate being sick. It takes so long to recover.
I've found a new internet obsession. Myspace is pretty awesome. It's better than facebook. I've found so many people on there from high school. I loved high school. I had the greatest group of friends. We had so much fun. Ahhhh, memories.
