Well, this week has been a bit of a downer. A wonderful couple from Broadway was killed in a plane crash. That's so sad. I've heard that their family is doing well though.

I always get in this spring time slump. I'm totally overwhelmed with school. I get a little lonely. And I always start to think about Mr. C a lot. I've loved him since I was sixteen. Will I ever get over it? I don't know.

In a totally different direction... A group called Soul Force is coming to ACU this week. This is a gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender organization that is going around to spread awareness at Christian and Military Universities. ACU is their sixth or seventh stop and the first school to actually allow Soul Force on campus. It should be pretty interesting to see what happens. All of the Bible grad students have a question and answer time tomorrow afternoon with them. The issue of homosexuality is really big right now. There have been a lot of things going on around campus this year concerning homosexuality and the church. This will be the next big issue that churches have to deal with and I must say it is much more important than issues like instrumental music and women's roles. So, let me encourage you to start studying and figuring out where you stand on the issue.
